Edwards GV110 – dry claw vacuum pump with 110 m³/h

The Edwards GV110 is the next generation of the GV claw pumps and builds on the platform of the GV80. An integrated frequency converter matches the speed to the actual demand and so reduces the energy consumption; the pump reaches 110 m³/h and an ultimate pressure of 6 × 10⁻³ mbar. Stainless steel claws and coated pumping chambers are standard, the cooling water routing has been revised for stable continuous operation even at high pressures, and the new sound enclosure reduces the noise level to below 75 dB(A). The pump measures 1060 × 502 × 316 mm, weighs 210 kg and is connected via ISO40 (inlet) and NW40 (outlet). With an outlet silencer the noise level is below 75 dB(A).

Variants of the Edwards GV110

The GV110 is available from Ehrler & Beck in three variants (part numbers NZA654000, NZA661000, NZA778000). The motor power ranges from 4.0 kW on the 200 V version to 5.5 kW on the versions for 400 V and 460 V (Edwards: 5.5 kW for 380–480 V); all work on 50 and 60 Hz mains.
