Edwards GV series

The Edwards GV series comprises 2 claw vacuum pumps with nominal pumping speeds from 82 to 110 m³/h (50 Hz) and ultimate pressures down to 6 × 10⁻³ mbar (depending on the model).

Operating principle

Claw vacuum pumps were developed for industrial applications that require constant vacuum, high pumping speed and completely oil-free compression. Two claw rotors running without contact compress the air without oil or other operating fluids in the pump chamber, which saves a considerable amount of energy compared with conventional designs. Explosion-proof versions are available for many series.
