Atlas Copco DZS 200 VSD+ – up to 189 m³/h with pressure setpoint control

According to the brochure, the DZS 200 VSD+ (Atlas Copco: DZS 200 VSD+A) delivers up to 189 m³/h and reaches 50 mbar(a) in continuous operation. At maximum speed the motor delivers 5.5 kW; the speed range of the shaft is from 1200 to 3900 rpm (40–130 Hz). Dimensions 932 × 401 × 619 mm (L × W × H), unit weight 186 kg. Connection is via G 1 1/4" at the inlet and outlet; NPT adapters are included.

Networked and remotely operable

The VSD+ drive on the motor comes with PI control and several options for remote connection: Modbus RTU, the Atlas Copco VSD+ app for smartphone or PC, and HEX@GRID LINK, with which several pumps can be controlled centrally.

Applications of the range

The fields of application named by Atlas Copco include CNC milling and clamping, plastics processing (pneumatic conveying, extrusion), vacuum sewage systems, drying, sterilisation, pick-and-place and central vacuum systems.

Variants of the DZS 200 VSD+

The DZS 200 VSD+ is available from Ehrler & Beck in three variants (part numbers 3002615201, 3002615326, 3081500046): with IE3 motor, with IE4 motor and as an oxygen version (O2) with IE4 motor. All three are IEC and UL/cUL versions for 380 to 460 V at a mains frequency of 50 or 60 Hz.
