Atlas Copco AWS 23000 – robust liquid ring pump for process vacuum

The AWS 23000 delivers up to 22800 m³/h and reaches 33 mbar(a). It is supplied without motor; the drive power is 555 kW. Inlet and outlet DN 500, operating water connection DN 100, dimensions 2981 × 2143 × 3083 mm (L × W × H), weight 11000 kg.

The workhorses of the liquid ring range

The AWS pumps work reliably from atmospheric pressure down to ultimate pressure and pump dry as well as humid gases. Inlet manifold and outlet separator are already fitted; the internal water recirculation saves operating water.

Applications of the range

Atlas Copco lists tyre manufacturing, EPS, filtration, drying, evaporation, pulp and paper, and the evisceration of poultry; in general, filtration, vacuum forming and rapid evacuation.
