Elmo Rietschle V-VCX 300 – rotary vane vacuum pump for humid process gases

The V-VCX 300 delivers 300 m³/h at 50 Hz and 360 m³/h at 60 Hz and reaches an ultimate pressure of 3 mbar (abs.). The functional parts are more resistant to water vapour and solvents; the vanes are made of glass-fibre-reinforced epoxy resin. Flange-mounted motor and rotor supported on both sides; fine mesh filter, non-return valve on the suction side, gas ballast valve, protective hood and oil separator are standard.

Motor and dimensions

Elmo Rietschle supplies the V-VCX 300 with flange-mounted motors of 5.5 or 7.5 kW (50 Hz) or 9.0 kW (60 Hz). The overall length depends on the motor (973 mm); width 520 mm, height 402 mm. Vacuum connection G 2, exhaust outlet G 2, oil filling 6.5 l.

Use

The V-VCX is the variant of the V-VCS for applications with a lot of moisture or solvent vapours. Elmo Rietschle publishes separate information on water vapour tolerance (I 200).
