Edwards nEDC300 – dry claw vacuum pump with 300 m³/h

The Edwards nEDC300 is the largest pump of the nEDC series: 300 m³/h at 50 Hz, suction connection G 2" and a continuous operating vacuum of 140 mbar. It can also be ordered with an IE4 motor. The claws and pumping chamber have a corrosion-resistant coating as standard, so that the pump can also be used in harsh, humid applications. With motor the pump measures 1036 × 501 × 614 mm and weighs around 304 kg (tolerance ±10 kg, including oil). The gearbox is filled with 1.5 l of GL+ Xpand 150; the noise level is 72 dB(A) at 50 Hz and 75 dB(A) at 60 Hz.

Variants of the Edwards nEDC300

The nEDC300 is available from Ehrler & Beck in eight variants (part numbers A50877220, A50877023, A50877020, A50877120, A50877620, A50877320, A50877021, A50877022). The motor power ranges from 6.2 kW at 50 Hz to 7.5 kW; the mains voltages range from 200 V to 575 V. Two variants are supplied without motor with a free shaft end; one variant has an IE4 motor.
