The Atlas Copco DBDt 520 is a two-stage side channel blower with a double impeller: oil-free, non-contact and with an IE3 motor, for vacuum and pressure operation. It delivers up to 520 m³/h (50 Hz) and reaches a vacuum of up to −460 mbar. Ehrler & Beck supplies the DBDt 520 in four variants with accessories and service.

Atlas Copco DBDt 520 – two-stage side channel blower with double impeller
Depending on the model, the DBDt 520 delivers up to 520 m³/h at 50 Hz and up to 625 m³/h at 60 Hz. According to the characteristic curve table or the data sheet, it reaches down to −460 mbar in vacuum operation and up to +600 mbar in compressor operation. The motor power is 7.5–12.6 kW (IE3). Dimensions up to 825 × 747 × 698 mm (L × W × H), weight 88.3–135.3 kg, inlet and outlet G 3" (DN 80) or G 2 1/2" (DN 65). According to Atlas Copco, the two-stage design and double impellers make the DBDt series the choice for high volume flows at deeper vacuum. The impeller accelerates the air in the side channels without contact; there is no oil, no oil filter and no exhaust filter, and the exhaust air stays clean.Applications of the range
