The Atlas Copco DBDt 1010 is a two-stage side channel blower with a double impeller: oil-free, non-contact and with an IE3 motor, for vacuum and pressure operation. It delivers up to 1007 m³/h (50 Hz) and reaches a vacuum of up to −400 mbar. Ehrler & Beck supplies the DBDt 1010 in two variants with accessories and service.

Atlas Copco DBDt 1010 – two-stage side channel blower with double impeller
Depending on the model, the DBDt 1010 delivers up to 1007 m³/h at 50 Hz and up to 1216 m³/h at 60 Hz. According to the characteristic curve table, it reaches down to −400 mbar in vacuum operation and up to +400 mbar in compressor operation. The motor power is 18.5–26 kW (IE3). Dimensions up to 1012 × 598 × 813 mm (L × W × H), weight 201–203.5 kg, inlet and outlet G 4" (DN 100).Oil-free side channel principle
According to Atlas Copco, the two-stage design and double impellers make the DBDt series the choice for high volume flows at deeper vacuum. The impeller accelerates the air in the side channels without contact; there is no oil, no oil filter and no exhaust filter, and the exhaust air stays clean.Applications of the range
