The Atlas Copco DBD 310 is a two-stage side channel blower with a single impeller: oil-free, non-contact and with an IE3 motor, for vacuum and pressure operation. Atlas Copco DBD 310 – two-stage side channel blower with single impeller
Depending on the model, the DBD 310 delivers up to 310 m³/h at 50 Hz and up to 374 m³/h at 60 Hz. According to the characteristic curve table, it reaches down to −400 mbar in vacuum operation and up to +400 mbar in compressor operation. The motor power is 5.5–6.5 kW (IE3). Dimensions up to 685 × 510 × 561 mm (L × W × H), weight 84 kg, inlet and outlet G 4" (DN 100).Oil-free side channel principle
According to Atlas Copco, the two-stage DBD series is ideal for applications with a vacuum level of up to −450 mbar that require only a limited volume flow. The impeller accelerates the air in the side channels without contact; there is no oil, no oil filter and no exhaust filter, and the exhaust air stays clean.Applications of the range
