Elmo Rietschle C-VLU 501 – dry-running claw vacuum pump

The C-VLU 501 is a twin-shaft claw vacuum pump whose claws roll against each other without contact. According to the operating instructions, the pumping speed with free intake is 495 m³/h at 50 Hz; the pump can be operated continuously at any inlet pressure between 700 mbar (abs.) and 60 mbar (abs.). The pump is enclosed in an insulating hood; a drum fan guides the cooling air. It is driven via a coupling by a flange-mounted standard three-phase motor. Only the gearbox contains oil (filling 1.8 l).

Versions

CD and XD; the XD version has an anti-corrosion coating and is suitable for gases containing water vapour. Motor power and voltage according to the nameplate or on request.
