Elmo Rietschle C-KLR 140 – claw pressure/vacuum pump
The C-KLR 140 generates vacuum and compressed air at the same time. Without a pressure difference it delivers 117.8 m³/h of suction air and 120 m³/h of compressed air at 50 Hz (139.5 and 138.1 m³/h respectively at 60 Hz). The data sheet gives values up to −0.6 bar vacuum and +0.7 bar pressure; higher pressures and vacuums on request. The two claw rotors run dry and without contact against each other; a pair of gears in the gearbox synchronises them. The air cooling is integrated; no additional cooling media are needed.
