Edwards nXDS10i – dry scroll vacuum pump
The nXDS10i belongs to Edwards' nXDS series of dry scroll pumps. It delivers up to 11.4 m³/h and reaches an ultimate pressure of 0.007 mbar – without oil in the pumping chamber. The pumping mechanism is hermetically sealed: the vacuum is not contaminated by bearing lubricant, and the bearings do not come into contact with the process gas.Features
