Atlas Copco DHS 3000 VSD+ – oil-free rough vacuum with high efficiency
The DHS 3000 VSD+ delivers up to 3044 m³/h in the range from 350 to 950 mbar(a). Its oil-free screw element compresses internally and therefore works considerably more economically than rotary lobe or conventional screw blowers; the frequency inverter continuously adapts the speed to the demand. Drive 55 kW (IE4), dimensions 2030 × 1250 × 1740 mm (L × W × H), weight 1800 kg, inlet and outlet DN 200 PN 10.
Ready-to-connect complete solution
The inlet filter, screw element, gearbox, oil circuit, frequency inverter and the Elektronikon® Mk5 Touch controller are fully assembled in the acoustic enclosure; pressure, oil and temperature sensors are built in. The GeniusBox makes operating data, warnings and maintenance dates visible online, and the pump can be integrated into a higher-level multi-pump controller.
Applications
Atlas Copco lists paper processing, the tobacco industry, the pneumatic conveying of plastics and dust, pick-and-place applications and central house vacuum systems.
Variants of the DHS 3000 VSD+
Ehrler & Beck lists four basic versions: for Europe 400 V 50 Hz (IEC) with DIN flanges (8154352372) or ANSI flanges (8154352373), for North America 440–460 V 60 Hz (cULus) with DIN flanges (8154352374) or ANSI flanges (8154352375). The following options with their own part number are also available ex works:
