The Atlas Copco DBS 70 is a single-stage side channel blower with a single impeller: oil-free, non-contact and with an IE3 motor, for vacuum and pressure operation. It delivers up to 74 m³/h (50 Hz) and reaches a vacuum of up to −150 mbar. Ehrler & Beck supplies the DBS 70 in two variants with accessories and service.

Atlas Copco DBS 70 – single-stage side channel blower with single impeller
Depending on the model, the DBS 70 delivers up to 74 m³/h at 50 Hz and up to 89 m³/h at 60 Hz. According to the characteristic curve table, it reaches down to −150 mbar in vacuum operation and up to +200 mbar in compressor operation. The motor power is 0.37–0.65 kW (IE3). Dimensions up to 257 × 241 × 268 mm (L × W × H), weight 11 kg, inlet and outlet G 1 1/4" (DN 32).Oil-free side channel principle
Atlas Copco recommends the DBS series for applications that require volume flows up to about 1000 m³/h and a low vacuum down to −350 mbar. The impeller accelerates the air in the side channels without contact; there is no oil, no oil filter and no exhaust filter, and the exhaust air stays clean.Applications of the range
