The Atlas Copco DBS 540 is a single-stage side channel blower with a single impeller: oil-free, non-contact and with an IE3 motor, for vacuum and pressure operation. It delivers up to 536 m³/h (50 Hz) and reaches a vacuum of up to −300 mbar. Ehrler & Beck supplies the DBS 540 in four variants with accessories and service.

Atlas Copco DBS 540 – single-stage side channel blower with single impeller
Depending on the model, the DBS 540 delivers up to 536 m³/h at 50 Hz and up to 647 m³/h at 60 Hz. According to the characteristic curve table, it reaches down to −300 mbar in vacuum operation and up to +350 mbar in compressor operation. The motor power is 3–9 kW (IE3). Dimensions up to 553 × 480 × 498 mm (L × W × H), weight 55.3–75 kg, inlet and outlet G 3" (DN 80).Oil-free side channel principle
Atlas Copco recommends the DBS series for applications that require volume flows up to about 1000 m³/h and a low vacuum down to −350 mbar. The impeller accelerates the air in the side channels without contact; there is no oil, no oil filter and no exhaust filter, and the exhaust air stays clean.Applications of the range
