The Atlas Copco DBS 300 is a single-stage side channel blower with a single impeller: oil-free, non-contact and with an IE3 motor, for vacuum and pressure operation. It delivers up to 304 m³/h (50 Hz) and reaches a vacuum of up to −250 mbar. Ehrler & Beck supplies the DBS 300 in three variants with accessories and service.

Atlas Copco DBS 300 – single-stage side channel blower with single impeller
Depending on the model, the DBS 300 delivers up to 304 m³/h at 50 Hz and up to 366 m³/h at 60 Hz. According to the characteristic curve table, it reaches down to −250 mbar in vacuum operation and up to +300 mbar in compressor operation. The motor power is 2.2–4.8 kW (IE3). Atlas Copco recommends the DBS series for applications that require volume flows up to about 1000 m³/h and a low vacuum down to −350 mbar. The impeller accelerates the air in the side channels without contact; there is no oil, no oil filter and no exhaust filter, and the exhaust air stays clean.Applications of the range
