The series at a glance
The HenaLine series comprises powerful oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps with a pumping speed of 25 to 1600 m³/h for numerous low and medium vacuum applications. The pumps combine compact design, high reliability, quiet and low-vibration operation and easy maintenance.
As standard, the HenaLine pumps are equipped with oil mist separators, oil return and safety valves. An integrated gas ballast valve also allows process vapours to be pumped down reliably.
Typical fields of application are coating, research and development, solar cell production, heat treatment, electron beam welding, drying and degassing. The pumps can also be used as backing pumps in combination with Roots pumping stations.
With the HENA series, Pfeiffer Vacuum offers a powerful range of oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps developed for high pumping speed, reliable operation and a long service life. The robust design, the proven single-stage pumping principle and the various sizes enable flexible use in numerous industrial vacuum applications. Operating principle
The Pfeiffer Vacuum HenaLine series works on the proven principle of single-stage, oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum technology. An eccentrically mounted rotor with vanes rotates inside the pump housing, creating continuously changing working chambers. The air drawn in is compressed as the volume of the working chambers decreases and is then expelled through the outlet.
The pump oil performs important functions for lubrication, sealing and heat dissipation and thus supports reliable and efficient pump operation. Depending on the version, different oils and options are available to adapt the pumps to various process conditions and applications.
The robust design and the proven rotary vane principle enable reliable vacuum generation, high operational reliability and a long service life. With various sizes and performance levels, the HenaLine is suitable for numerous industrial applications and in particular for processes that require high pumping speeds and a reliable rough to medium vacuum.
