The Pfeiffer Hena 631 is a single-stage oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump of the HenaLine with a nominal pumping speed of 630 m³/h (50 Hz) or 760 m³/h (60 Hz) and an ultimate pressure of 0.3 mbar. Pfeiffer has discontinued the HenaLine; the replacement in the same size is the Busch R5 RA 0630 C. Ehrler & Beck advises on service for existing pumps and on changing over.

The nominal pumping speed is 630 m³/h (50 Hz) or 760 m³/h (60 Hz), the ultimate pressure 0.3 mbar without and 0.7 mbar with gas ballast. Pfeiffer has discontinued the HenaLine; according to Pfeiffer, these pumping speeds are now available within the Busch Group only as the Busch R5. In the same size this is the Busch R5 RA 0630 C (630 m³/h at 50 Hz, 760 m³/h at 60 Hz).Features
