The Pfeiffer Hena 100 is a single-stage oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump of the HenaLine with a nominal pumping speed of 100 m³/h (50 Hz) or 120 m³/h (60 Hz) and an ultimate pressure of 0.3 mbar. Pfeiffer has discontinued the HenaLine; the replacement in the same size is the Busch R5 RA 0100 F. Ehrler & Beck advises on service for existing pumps and on changing over.

The nominal pumping speed is 100 m³/h (50 Hz) or 120 m³/h (60 Hz), the ultimate pressure 0.3 mbar without and 1.5 mbar with gas ballast. Rated motor power 2.7 kW (50 Hz) or 3.4 kW (60 Hz).No longer available
Pfeiffer has discontinued the HenaLine; according to Pfeiffer, these pumping speeds are now available within the Busch Group only as the Busch R5. In the same size this is the Busch R5 RA 0100 F (100 m³/h at 50 Hz, 120 m³/h at 60 Hz).Features
