The Pfeiffer Hena 60 is a single-stage oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump of the HenaLine with a nominal pumping speed of 63 m³/h (50 Hz) or 76 m³/h (60 Hz) and an ultimate pressure of 0.3 mbar. Pfeiffer has discontinued the HenaLine; the replacement in the same size is the Busch R5 RA 0063 F. Ehrler & Beck advises on service for existing pumps and on changing over.

The Pfeiffer Hena 60 is a single-stage oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump of the HenaLine. The nominal pumping speed is 63 m³/h (50 Hz) or 76 m³/h (60 Hz), the ultimate pressure 0.3 mbar without and 1.5 mbar with gas ballast. The rated motor power depends on the version (see Technical data).No longer available
Pfeiffer has discontinued the HenaLine; according to Pfeiffer, these pumping speeds are now available within the Busch Group only as the Busch R5. In the same size this is the Busch R5 RA 0063 F (63 m³/h at 50 Hz, 76 m³/h at 60 Hz).Features
