Becker DVT 3.140 – oil-free rotary vane pressure/vacuum pump

The DVT 3.140 works on the suction side and the pressure side at the same time: it delivers 137 m³/h at 50 Hz and 160 m³/h at 60 Hz up to ±0.6 bar relative. Becker offers it in two stages: ±0.5 bar with 7.5 kW (50 Hz) or 9.0 kW (60 Hz); ±0.6 bar with 7.5 kW (50 Hz) or 9.0 kW (60 Hz). Sound pressure level 77–78 dB(A) at 50 Hz or 78–79 dB(A) at 60 Hz. Weight: 78 kg without motor. Dimensions: width × height 470 × 336 mm, length depending on the motor (up to 953 mm according to the Becker catalogue 2026). Suction and pressure connection G 1 1/2".

Design

The pump runs dry, without oil in the pumping chamber. A vacuum regulating valve and a pressure regulating valve set the operating points on both sides; the inlet filter is integrated.

Use

The pump provides suction air and blast air at the same time – for applications that need both together.
