Edwards nXL200i – dry vacuum pump
The nXLi pumps are air-cooled, single-phase dry pumps based on the Edwards iXL technology from semiconductor manufacturing. The nXL200i reaches 200 m³/h and an ultimate pressure below 0.02 mbar. According to Edwards it handles gas loads up to 25 slm and is suitable for chambers up to 100 litres at continuous inlet pressures up to 15 mbar.Features
