Edwards nXL110i Enhanced – dry vacuum pump
The nXLi Enhanced pumps combine the proven multi-stage Roots technology with a further developed drive. The nXL110i Enhanced reaches 110 m³/h and an ultimate pressure below 0.02 mbar. It is suitable for evacuating chambers and as a backing pump for turbomolecular pumps.Features
- Transient Boost Mode: higher performance for a defined period, for example during the first pump-down or with a briefly higher gas load; according to Edwards gas loads up to 60 slm nitrogen and chambers up to 300 litres
- Single-phase supply 200–240 V ±10 %, 50/60 Hz, for worldwide use
- Air-cooled with controlled cooling that adapts the cooling capacity and keeps the noise low
- Control panel as on the other Edwards dry pumps; remote and local operation, USB port for monitoring and diagnostics with the nST2 software
- Oil-free and dust-free pumping chamber for analytics and research
