The Atlas Copco AWD 500 S is a two-stage liquid ring vacuum pump with 501 m³/h at 50 Hz (590 m³/h at 60 Hz) and an ultimate pressure of 33 mbar. It replaces the SIHI LPH65320 without modification. Ehrler & Beck supplies it in three material versions.

Atlas Copco AWD 500 S – two-stage for low inlet pressures
The AWD 500 S delivers 501 m³/h at 50 Hz and 590 m³/h at 60 Hz (dry air) and reaches 33 mbar(a). It is supplied without motor; it is intended for 18.5 kW at 50 Hz or 30 hp at 60 Hz. Inlet and outlet DN 65, dimensions 1014 × 340 × 567 mm (L × W × H), weight 233 kg.Direct replacement for SIHI LPH
The AWD S range (since 2025) replaces the earlier AWD 200 to 1680 and, according to Atlas Copco, is fully compatible in dimensions and performance with the SIHI LPH range – the AWD 500 S fits in place of a SIHI LPH65320.Applications

Ehrler & Beck supplies the AWD 500 S as a stainless steel fitted version (grey cast iron with stainless steel impeller), entirely in SS 304 or in SS 316L.Features of the AWD range
