The Busch MINK claw vacuum pumps were developed for industrial applications that require constant vacuum, high pumping speed and completely oil-free compression. The pumps are available in single-stage or two-stage versions and provide different vacuum levels depending on the model.
Two contact-free rotors generate the vacuum in a dry and oil-free pumping chamber. As the wearing parts are located outside the pumping chamber, the pumps offer a long service life and low maintenance costs.
The MINK series offers low noise emissions, air cooling, modular design and practically wear-free operation. It is particularly suitable for applications involving dust or varying vacuum demand, such as woodworking, pneumatic conveying, printing and soil remediation.

Operating principle
The Busch MINK MM, MI and ME series works on the principle of dry-running claw vacuum technology. Two counter-rotating claws move without contact inside the pump housing and create continuously changing working chambers. The rotary movement of the claws compresses the air drawn in, which is then discharged through the outlet.
As the MINK series runs dry and oil-free, the pumped medium does not come into contact with oil or lubricants in the compression chamber. This allows clean and contamination-free vacuum generation, which makes the pumps particularly suitable for demanding industrial processes.
The contact-free claw principle ensures low wear and reduced maintenance. The robust construction allows reliable continuous operation and a long service life combined with efficient vacuum generation.
