Becker VARIAIR VXLF 2.250/0-400 – variable-speed oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump
The VARIAIR VXLF 2.250/0-400 combines the dry-running VXLF 2.250 with a VARIAIR frequency converter (7.5 kW). It delivers up to 280 m³/h, reaches a vacuum of 200 mbar absolute and works in a frequency range of 30 to 60 Hz. The converter is supplied with 400–480 V ±10 % at 50 or 60 Hz (max. 20 A). The frequency converter matches the pump's output to the process: the pump delivers the pumping speed that is needed at that moment. This optimises the energy demand and keeps the vacuum constant even when demand fluctuates.Dry-running and easy to maintain
Like all VXLF pumps, the VARIAIR VXLF 2.250/0-400 works without oil in the pumping chamber. The vacuum safety valve and blow-off valve are fitted with silencers, and the inlet filter is integrated.
