Becker VARIAIR SV 500/1 – variable-speed side channel blower

The VARIAIR SV 500/1 delivers up to 1000 m³/h. In suction operation it reaches down to −370 mbar relative, in pressure operation up to +530 mbar relative. The VARIAIR frequency converter (400–480 V ±10 %, 50/60 Hz, max. 35 A) controls the frequency between 10–100 Hz. Speed control

Via the frequency the converter matches volume flow and pressure to the actual demand, instead of throttling the air volume with valves.

Contact-free compression

The impeller rotates in the housing without contact; the blower works oil-free, with little wear and little maintenance.
