Becker VARIAIR SV 300/1 – variable-speed side channel blower

The VARIAIR SV 300/1 delivers up to 640 m³/h. In suction operation it reaches down to −305 mbar relative, in pressure operation up to +355 mbar relative. The VARIAIR frequency converter (VAU7.5/3, 7.5 kW, 400–480 V ±10 %, 50/60 Hz, max. 20 A) controls the frequency between 10–100 Hz. Weight with motor and converter 49.5 kg, dimensions 512 × 370 × 499 mm (L × W × H), suction and pressure connection G 2 1/2".

Speed control

Via the frequency the converter matches volume flow and pressure to the actual demand, instead of throttling the air volume with valves.

Contact-free compression

The impeller rotates in the housing without contact; the blower works oil-free, with little wear and little maintenance.
