Leybold ECODRY M 20 – outdated model
The ECODRY M 20 is no longer part of the current Leybold range. Under the name ECODRY Leybold today offers the ECODRY plus multi-stage Roots vacuum pumps; Leybold does not name a direct successor to the ECODRY M 20 in its current documents. In the Ehrler & Beck range, the oil-free SCROLLVAC 18 plus comes closest to the ECODRY M 20 in pumping speed. The ECODRY M 20 is a dry-compressing piston vacuum pump with 3 cylinders and 2 stages. With three-phase motor the maximum pumping speed is 19 m³/h at 50 Hz and 22 m³/h at 60 Hz, with FC motor (integrated frequency converter) 22 m³/h at 50 Hz and 60 Hz. The ultimate pressure is 8 × 10⁻¹ mbar (absolute, at 1000 min⁻¹).
