Becker VARIAIR BCV 150 – variable-speed claw vacuum pump

The VARIAIR BCV 150 combines the BCV 150 with a VARIAIR frequency converter (4.0 kW). It delivers up to 180 m³/h, reaches 100 mbar absolute and works between 30 and 60 Hz. Sound pressure level 71 dB(A), weight with motor and converter 208 kg, dimensions 823 × 553 × 579.5 mm (L × W × H), suction connection G 2 1/2", exhaust connection G 1 1/2".

Contact-free claw principle

Two claw-shaped rotors rotate in opposite directions and without contact in the compression chamber. As a result the pump works without oil in the pumping chamber, with little wear and little maintenance; the exhaust air is oil-free.

VARIAIR converter technology

The frequency converter matches the output to the demand and thus optimises the energy demand; the vacuum stays constant even when consumption fluctuates.
