The Leybold SCROLLVAC SC 5 D is an oil-free, air-cooled scroll vacuum pump with a pumping speed of 4.8 m³/h at 50 Hz and an attainable ultimate pressure of 0.05 mbar. Leybold SCROLLVAC SC 5 D – outdated model
The SCROLLVAC SC 5 D is no longer part of the current Leybold range. For oil-free scroll vacuum pumps Leybold today offers the SCROLLVAC plus series; Leybold does not name a direct successor to the SC 5 D in its current documents. In the Ehrler & Beck range, the SCROLLVAC 7 plus comes closest to the SC 5 D in pumping speed. The pumping speed to DIN 28400 is 4.8 m³/h at 50 Hz and 6.0 m³/h at 60 Hz (nominal pumping speed 5.4 m³/h and 6.4 m³/h). The air-cooled pump reaches an ultimate pressure of 0.05 mbar, has a 150 W motor and weighs 14 kg with single-phase motor. Leybold listed the SCROLLVAC SC 5 D under two order numbers: 133000 with single-phase motor for Europe (230 V, 200 V and 100 V, 50 Hz) and 133100 with single-phase motor for the USA and Japan (115 V, 100 V, 200 V and 230 V, 60 Hz).
