The EDO pumps are compact, dry scroll vacuum pumps for rough and fine vacuum in industry. The EDO100 delivers 100 m³/h at 50 Hz and reaches 1.5 mbar – according to Edwards considerably lower than conventional dry rough vacuum pumps with claw or rotary vane technology.Features
