The Becker DVTLF 2.250 is a dry-running, air-cooled rotary vane pressure/vacuum pump: it draws 242 m³/h at 50 Hz (287 m³/h at 60 Hz) down to −0.5 bar and at the same time delivers pressure air up to +0.5 bar. Becker offered it with cooler (K) and with special cooler (KSK). The model is no longer part of the current Becker range. Becker DVTLF 2.250 – outdated model
The DVTLF 2.250 is neither in the Becker product range catalogue 01/2026 nor in Becker's product search; as combined dry-running pressure/vacuum pumps Becker today offers the T 4 and the DVT 3. Becker still publishes spare parts lists and service documents for the DVTLF. Becker names no successor. There is no combined pump of this size in the current range: the largest, the Becker DVT 3.140, draws 137 m³/h at 50 Hz. For vacuum duty alone, the Becker VTLF 2.250 (244 m³/h at 50 Hz) has the same frame size.Technical data
According to the Becker data sheet of 06.06.2018, the DVTLF 2.250 K draws 242 m³/h at 50 Hz and 287 m³/h at 60 Hz, the DVTLF 2.250 KSK 246 / 288 m³/h; vacuum and overpressure reach ±0.5 bar relative on both. The data sheet gives neither an absolute ultimate pressure nor the delivered air volume. Motor 7.5 kW at 50 Hz and 9.0 kW at 60 Hz; sound pressure level 79 / 80 dB(A) at 50 / 60 Hz. The pump weighs approx. 170 kg (K) or approx. 180 kg (KSK) without motor; the motor weighs 102 or 107 kg. Overall length with motor 1174 to 1180 mm, height 527 mm; suction and pressure connection G 2 1/2". An inlet filter and a pressure relief valve and a vacuum relief valve, each with silencer, are built in.
