FPZ MS / TS / MD / TD series

The FPZ side channel blowers offer powerful and versatile solutions for industrial vacuum and pressure applications. The impellers, made of aluminium alloy and dynamically balanced, ensure reliable, low-vibration and efficient operation.

The series comprises four designs: MS (single-stage, one impeller), MD (two-stage, one impeller), TS (single-stage, two impellers) and TD (two-stage, two impellers). Depending on the version, flow rates of up to 2,395 m³/h and pressure differences of up to 750 mbar are possible.

The compact blowers have integrated silencers and robust aluminium constructions. Different motor and design variants allow flexible adaptation to a wide range of industrial applications.

Operating principle

The FPZ MS, TS, MD and TD series works on the proven principle of side channel technology. An impeller running without contact rotates inside the housing and, through the special geometry of the side channel, produces continuous conveying and compression of the air. The air drawn in is accelerated several times and compressed in the side channel, which generates a reliable vacuum or overpressure.

The oil-free and contact-free design allows clean operation without oil or lubricants in the conveyed medium. This makes the units particularly suitable for applications that require contamination-free air conveying and reliable process conditions.

The robust design and the low-wear operating principle allow low-maintenance and reliable continuous operation. Depending on the series and version, different performance levels are available, so that the units can be used flexibly for vacuum and overpressure applications in various industrial sectors.
