Side channel and radial blowers state the pressure difference: it applies as overpressure in pressure operation and as vacuum in suction operation.
FPZ offers every size with several motors; the table gives the smallest motor and the weight and sound pressure level with that motor. The maximum pressure difference applies across all motor sizes.
FPZ still keeps data sheets for K07R MD, K08R MD, K09 MD, 10DL MD, K10 MD, K11 MD, K12 MD in its technical library; the current range flyer (06/2025) no longer lists these sizes.
About the series
Side channel compressors by FPZ
An impeller accelerates the air, which circulates several times in the side channel and builds up pressure – oil-free and with little pulsation. For large flow rates at small pressure differences; most side channel blowers work either as compressors or as vacuum generators.
The MD comprises 10 models; the table above gives for each model the data FPZ publishes. We do not carry compressors as individual products – the models of this series are available from Ehrler & Beck on request, with advice on the selection, original spare parts and service.
