Edwards EOSi series
The Edwards EOSi series comprises 10 oil-injected screw vacuum pumps with nominal pumping speeds from 400 to 5004 m³/h (50 Hz) and ultimate pressures down to 0.3 mbar (depending on the model).

Oil-injected screw vacuum pumps compress the gas with two intermeshing screw rotors; the injected oil seals, lubricates and cools the compression chamber. An oil separator keeps the oil in the circuit. The design allows high pumping speeds with low energy demand and, on variable-speed versions, the pumping speed to be matched to the actual demand.
