Edwards ELR750i – outdated model

The ELR750i is no longer part of the current Edwards range; Edwards names no successor in its current documents. In the Ehrler & Beck range, the Atlas Copco LRP 700 VSD+ has the same nominal pumping speed, the same ultimate pressure and the same rated motor power as the ELR750i. The ELRi is a single-stage liquid ring vacuum pump with total recovery of the service liquid, supplied as a ready-to-connect unit under a canopy with IP 54 protection. Two variable speed drives control the main motor and the circulation pump, and the controller maintains the vacuum set point. According to the brochure, the ELR750i reaches a nominal pumping speed of 740 m³/h (dry) and 910 m³/h (saturated) at an ultimate pressure of 25 mbar absolute; the nominal installed motor power is 18.5 kW. The unit measures 1950 × 810 × 1020 mm (W × D × H) and has a dry weight of 820 kg. Edwards listed the ELR750i in two versions: A75167100 (Standard, with plate heat exchanger) and A75167110 (Heavy Duty in stainless steel, with tube-and-shell heat exchanger for corrosive and dirty applications).
