Becker BCP 300 PD – dry claw compressor

The BCP 300 PD delivers 275 m³/h at 50 Hz and 325 m³/h at 60 Hz and is available for the pressure stages +1.3 / +1.6 / +2.0 bar. Installed motor power 11.0–18.5 kW (50 and 60 Hz), depending on the pressure stage. Sound pressure level 82 (+1 bar) / 85 (+2 bar) dB(A) at 50 Hz; 89 / 90 dB(A) at 60 Hz. Weight without motor ≈ 202 kg. Dimensions: width × height 584 × 670 mm, base frame 1057 mm, length depending on the motor. Pressure connection G 2".

Contact-free claw principle with pulsation damper

The claw rotors compress dry and without contact; the compressed air stays oil-free. The pulsation damper (PD) smooths the pressure surges on the pressure side. The internal filtration has a transparent cover, so the condition of the filter is easy to check.
