Elmo Rietschle RRE / RLE (RER/REL) F series

The Elmo Rietschle F-RRE / F-RLE series comprises single-stage radial blowers for industrial vacuum and pressure applications with high volume flows and low pressure differences. The robust, maintenance-free blowers are available in several sizes and can be used in both suction and pressure operation.

With volume flows of up to 57 m³/min, negative pressures of up to 95.5 mbar and positive pressures of up to 99.5 mbar, the blowers offer a wide range of possible uses. Optional speed control via a frequency inverter allows the output to be adjusted to the actual demand.

Thanks to flexible connection positions and horizontal or vertical installation, the blowers can be easily integrated into existing systems. Typical applications are air conditioning, environmental technology, packaging, pneumatic conveying, printing, and textile and wood processing.

Operating principle

The Elmo Rietschle F series works according to the principle of single-stage radial vacuum technology. A rapidly rotating impeller accelerates the air drawn in radially outwards, generating a continuous air flow and the required pressure difference. The contact-free mode of operation allows reliable conveying without direct contact between the moving components.

As the F series operates dry and oil-free, the conveyed medium does not come into contact with oil or lubricants. This makes it particularly suitable for applications that require clean, contamination-free air conveying.

The robust design and the contact-free operating principle allow low-maintenance and reliable operation. The compact design and the various performance sizes allow flexible adaptation to different requirements in terms of air volume and pressure difference.
