The Elmo Rietschle G series comprises proven, powerful and virtually maintenance-free side channel blowers for vacuum and pressure applications. With capacities of up to 3,000 m³/h and pressure differences of more than 1,000 mbar, the series offers versatile solutions for a wide variety of industrial requirements.

The robust, lightweight blowers stand out for their low noise level, high reliability and long service life. Thanks to 50/60 Hz motors and UL/CSA and IEC/EN certifications, they can be used worldwide. ATEX versions are also available for certain models.

The G series can be speed-controlled with external or integrated frequency inverters and, with an extensive range of accessories including special acoustic enclosures, can be adapted flexibly to different applications.

Operating principle

The Elmo Rietschle G series works on the proven principle of side channel vacuum technology. A contact-free impeller rotates inside the housing and, thanks to the special geometry of the side channel, continuously conveys and compresses the air drawn in. Depending on the version, the units can be of single-stage or multi-stage design and thus achieve different pressure and vacuum performance levels.

The oil-free and contact-free design enables clean operation without oil or lubricants in the conveyed medium. This makes the G series particularly suitable for applications that require reliable and contamination-free generation of vacuum or compressed air.

The robust and low-wear operating principle enables low-maintenance and reliable continuous operation.
