Combined pressure/vacuum pump technology

Dry-running rotary vane vacuum pumps, side channel pressure/vacuum pumps and claw pressure/vacuum pumps from various manufacturers are available for this purpose.

ROTARY VANE, OIL-FREE

The simple design with only one shaft and direct drive results in robust, durable pressure/vacuum pumps with low maintenance and operating costs. The pressure/vacuum pumps operate completely oil-free; the individual working chambers are separated by long-life vanes.

SIDE CHANNEL PRESSURE/VACUUM PUMPS

Side channel pressure/vacuum generators produce low-pulsation suction and blowing air thanks to their internal “multi-stage” compression. The optimum impeller design with curved impeller blades guarantees optimum efficiency.

Claw vacuum pumps

CLAW PRESSURE/VACUUM PUMPS

Narrow clearances between the claw rotors and to the housing optimise the internal sealing and ensure a consistently high pumping speed. A synchronising gearbox ensures that the claw rotors run in exact synchronism.
