Repair Service

Our technicians work to the manufacturers’ specifications and are certified for comprehensive service work. Every repair is more than a parts exchange – it is a complete restoration process:

• Disassembly and inspection with special tools and calibrated measuring equipment
• Cleaning and assessment of all relevant components
• Replacement of damaged or worn parts – OEM or high-quality alternatives, always in agreement with you
• Assembly and adjustment to the original performance figures

Where necessary, we provide rental pumps to keep your production running. Alternatively, we advise on replacement units when a repair is not economically worthwhile – including trade-in through our buy-back programme.

Repairs are carried out in our certified workshop or EU-wide at the customer’s site. We organise collection and delivery through our logistics partners. For long-standing partners and urgent cases we offer 24/7 emergency repairs on site in selected regions.

We handle packaging and transport with particular care; the requirements are defined case by case so that your unit completes the whole journey safely.

Once the work is complete, every unit goes through extensive industry-standard and internal tests. Among other things, we check:

• Vacuum performance and flow rate
• Leak-tightness and vacuum retention
• Noise, vibration and temperature values
• Load simulation and operating stability

With every repair you receive a complete test and diagnostic report – transparent and traceable.
