Effective preventive maintenance

Every maintenance plan is tailored to the specific unit and the industry. Depending on the application, maintenance is carried out monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annually. Unless otherwise agreed, all intervals follow the manufacturers’ recommendations.

  • Cleaning of internal and external components

Maintenance of complete vacuum systems

In addition to individual units, we offer maintenance of complete vacuum systems – including central systems, multi-pump arrangements and integrated set-ups. Such systems require specialised planning, monitoring and service coordination.

Maintenance is carried out together with Eugen Theis Vakuum, our second site in western Germany, which specialises in vacuum system engineering and lifecycle support. Together, Ehrler & Beck and Eugen Theis Vakuum ensure uninterrupted operation – from individual components to entire system networks.

Tailor-made service contracts

Whether a single unit or an entire system – we offer individual service contracts or one-off services based on:

  • System type and manufacturer
  • Operating hours and ambient conditions
  • Industry-specific compliance and availability requirements
  • Spare parts planning and management of consumables

Service contracts are particularly suitable for continuous production environments, medical and laboratory settings and regulated sectors in which downtime is not acceptable.

Transparent scheduling and service reports

All maintenance appointments are agreed well in advance and with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations. The service team communicates directly with the responsible contact person on site and provides a complete report after every visit – with measured values, findings and recommended actions.

Where available, we also evaluate operating and performance logs – particularly for units with monitoring or diagnostic interfaces.

We maintain your vacuum systems in line with the manufacturers’ specifications – proactively, on schedule and with verifiable measured values; every visit ends with a clear service report.

The service covers oil-lubricated and dry-running systems as well as multi-pump installations and integrated vacuum networks.

Service coverage

Ehrler & Beck offers on-site maintenance throughout Germany. For customers outside Germany or the EU we carry out workshop repairs at our site in southern Germany for almost all major vacuum brands. Support is available in all major European languages; every contract is assigned a dedicated service coordinator – for consistent communication and clear responsibilities.

Remote support and the integration of predictive monitoring can – where suitable – be included in maintenance agreements.
