Professional installation for vacuum technology
Every installation begins with the coordination of the application and the site and the inspection of the equipment to be installed. The work is carried out by certified service technicians in accordance with the manufacturers’ specifications and internal quality standards. All components are carefully unpacked, mounted, aligned and connected in line with the mechanical and electrical requirements.
After assembly the system is tested for leak-tightness, the operating parameters are verified and fine adjustments are made before the system is energised. The aim is reliability from the very start – with minimal risk of failures, downtime or consequential faults.
Delivered. Installed. Commissioned.
Commissioning and first start-up
Ehrler & Beck then carries out the complete commissioning. This includes:
- Controlled system start-up
- Calibration of sensors and monitoring interfaces
- Performance tests under process conditions
- Analysis of noise and temperature behaviour
- Integration check in existing systems
- Verification of vacuum levels and flow rates
If required, commissioning is coordinated with other suppliers or internal departments to ensure seamless system integration.
On completion you receive a commissioning report with measured values and configuration settings.
Installation of complete vacuum systems
For complete vacuum systems – such as multi-pump networks, central systems or container solutions – the project is carried out in close coordination with Eugen Theis Vakuum (ETV). ETV takes care of the system engineering and site supervision, from pipework planning to automation integration.
Ehrler & Beck supplies and installs pumps, controls and accessories – in accordance with the system blueprint provided by the ETV engineers. This cooperation ensures that the system performance meets the design targets and that all safety requirements are fulfilled.
Training of operating personnel
To secure long-term system reliability we offer training for operating and maintenance teams – on site or remotely. Contents:
- Start-up and shut-down procedures
- Basic maintenance and condition monitoring
- Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Safety and handling instructions
- Use of accessories and control technology
We install and commission your vacuum systems in line with the manufacturers’ specifications – precisely aligned, leak-tested and documented through to handover.
