Thanks to its excellent resistance to oxidation, Roto Synthetic Fluid ULTRA slows down the formation of acids in the lubricant, extends the service life of the oil and preserves its properties within the maintenance intervals. It offers exceptional protection against deposits and sludge, keeping the system clean and limiting contamination from the oil separator. This results in a lower pressure drop through the oil separator, which reduces energy consumption.
With a high viscosity index, the oil viscosity remains stable even at high temperatures. This ensures efficient lubrication and protection of screws and bearings under various operating conditions. The Roto Synthetic Fluid ULTRA also offers good corrosion protection, even in the case of water contamination, and protects your investment even in very humid conditions or during downtimes during transport or storage.
The excellent segregation properties of the Roto Synthetic Fluid ULTRA enable a high water separation capability during the lubricant cooling phase and the condensate treatment process. It is compatible with Atlas Copco OSC & OSD condensate treatment units with high purity separation.
