The Pfeiffer Vacuum SmartVane series comprises 2 oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps with nominal pumping speeds from 50 to 70 m³/h (50 Hz) and an ultimate pressure of 0.2 mbar.

Operating principle
Rotary vane technology allows vacuum pumps of a technically simple design. A consistently high vacuum level in continuous operation is ensured by the circulating oil lubrication, perfectly matched materials and modern, precise manufacturing techniques. The oil separator with integrated oil return provides clean, oil-free exhaust air. A further advantage over other technologies is the low purchase cost.
