Pfeiffer Vacuum ACP series
The Pfeiffer Vacuum ACP series comprises 4 multi-stage Roots vacuum pumps with nominal pumping speeds from 14 to 88 m³/h (50 Hz) and ultimate pressures down to 0.03 mbar (depending on the model).
Models: ACP 15, ACP 28, ACP 40, ACP 90.

Operating principle
Multi-stage Roots vacuum pumps compress the gas through several Roots stages arranged in series directly against atmospheric pressure and need no backing pump to do so. The pump chamber is dry and contact-free; gears and bearings are separated from the gas chamber.
