The Elektror side channel blowers are compact, contact-free and completely oil-free pressure and vacuum generators for industrial applications. The special impeller and side channel principle creates a continuous circulating flow and thereby allows efficient and reliable pressure build-up.
The blowers are driven directly by squirrel-cage motors and feature quiet, maintenance-free and oil-free operation. For special applications, versions without a motor for an external drive are also available.
An extensive range of accessories allows flexible integration into existing systems. Special versions for connection ports, flanges and other components are also available.

Operating principle
The Elektror SD and SE series works on the proven principle of side channel technology. An impeller running without contact rotates inside the housing and, through the special geometry of the side channel, produces continuous conveying and compression of the air. The air drawn in is accelerated and passed through the side channel several times, which generates a reliable vacuum or overpressure.
The oil-free and contact-free design allows clean operation without oil or lubricants in the conveyed medium. This makes the units particularly suitable for applications that require contamination-free air conveying and reliable process conditions.
The robust design and the low-wear operating principle allow low-maintenance and reliable operation. Depending on the model and version, different performance levels are available, which means that the SD and SE series can be used flexibly for vacuum and overpressure applications in numerous industrial sectors.
