Becker O series
The Becker O series comprises 6 oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps with nominal pumping speeds from 4 to 26 m³/h (50 Hz) and an ultimate pressure of 2 mbar.
Models: O 6.4, O 6.8, O 5.10 (XL), O 5.16 (XL), O 5.21 (XL), O 5.25 (XL K).

Rotary vane technology allows a technically simple design of vacuum pumps. A consistently high vacuum level in continuous operation is ensured by the circulating oil lubrication, perfectly matched materials and modern, precise manufacturing techniques. The oil separator with integrated oil return provides clean, oil-free exhaust air. A further advantage over other technologies is the low purchase cost.
