Leybold DRYVAC DV 800 – 800 m³/h on the same footprint as the DV 650

The DRYVAC DV 800 uses the housing of the DV 650 (1280 × 570 × 420 mm, around 590 kg) and increases the maximum pumping speed to 800 m³/h. The ultimate pressure is < 5 × 10⁻³ mbar, the rated power 19.6 kW and the power consumption at ultimate pressure 7 kW. The cooling water requirement is 10 l/min, the noise level with silencer 70 dB(A). Water vapour tolerance 60 mbar, water vapour capacity 30 kg/h. Like the DV 650, it has three inlet connections (DN 100 ISO-K) and the DN 63 ISO-K exhaust flange; RUVAC adapters, non-return valves and silencers are identical for both sizes.

Energy Saver for processes in the medium vacuum

For the DV 650 and DV 800 with LVO 210 filling, Leybold offers the Energy Saver. It automatically lowers the exhaust pressure to 300 mbar as soon as the inlet pressure is below 5 mbar – according to the manufacturer, this reduces power consumption by up to 50 % and improves the ultimate pressure by one decade. Retrofitting is possible at any time.

Variants of the DRYVAC DV 800

The DRYVAC DV 800 is available from Ehrler & Beck in eleven variants (part numbers 112080V15-1, 112080V16-1, 112080V17-1, 112080V14-1, 112080V75-1, 112080V12-1, 112080V05-1, 112080V07-1, 1212080V17-1, 1212080V12-1, 14640800V92DGN). The rated power is 19.6 kW at 380–460 V (50/60 Hz) for all variants, the weight from 550 to 590 kg.
